Terms & Conditions

The simple rules for using Levitas.

These terms apply when you use the Levitas website, checkout, customer dashboard, referral workflow, subscriptions, and support.

Please read these terms alongside our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy.

1. About Levitas

Levitas is a digital health information, ordering, and dashboard platform for Australian adults using or considering GLP-1 medication.

Levitas helps coordinate private pathology orders and gives you a dashboard to store, organise, and understand reviewed pathology information.

Levitas does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, pathology testing, clinical review, or prescribing, and does not replace your doctor or treating practitioner.

Clinical referrals, pathology collection and testing, and reviewed result reports are handled by qualified third-party clinical and pathology partners.

Dashboard summaries, flags, explanations, and trend views are general information only and are not medical advice.

2. Eligibility and your information

You must be at least 18 years old and located in Australia to use the service.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate checkout details, including your legal name, date of birth, sex, email address, postcode, state, and any other details needed for the referral workflow.

Referral instructions on the issued referral are the source of truth for preparation, collection requirements, and any clinical notes.

3. Orders, referrals, and results

After successful checkout, Levitas creates or queues the pathology order through its third-party clinical and pathology partners. Some orders may require manual processing before the referral is released.

By placing an order, you authorise Levitas to submit the information you provide at checkout to relevant third-party clinical and pathology partners for the purpose of creating the referral, arranging collection/testing, and receiving reviewed results.

Collection centres are operated by third parties. Opening hours, availability, and collection requirements can change, so you should check before attending.

The issued referral, pathology partner requirements, and collection-centre instructions may include additional conditions that apply to collection and testing.

Reviewed result PDFs remain the clinical source of truth. Dashboard summaries, flags, and trend views are provided to improve readability and record keeping.

If a result appears urgent, concerning, or inconsistent with how you feel, contact an appropriate healthcare professional. For emergencies, call emergency services.

4. Accounts and security

You may need to create and verify an account to access your dashboard, referrals, results, billing details, and subscription settings.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for telling us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused, creates security risk, or breaches these terms.

5. Pricing, GST, payments, and subscriptions

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Levitas does not store full card numbers.

If you choose a recurring monitoring plan, renewals occur on the schedule shown at checkout or in your dashboard. We aim to send a reminder before renewal.

You can manage future renewals from your dashboard. Changes affect future renewal orders and do not automatically cancel, reverse, or refund an order that has already started.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Because this is a pathology referral and digital results service, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on whether the order has already been submitted, the referral has been issued, or collection/results work has begun.

Our Returns Policy forms part of these terms and explains how refund requests are handled.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Website, dashboard, and acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or dashboard, attempt to access another customer's information, interfere with security controls, upload malicious content, or use the service unlawfully.

We try to keep the website and dashboard available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party systems, payment providers, email providers, or pathology workflows may affect availability.

8. Intellectual property

Levitas owns or licenses the website, dashboard design, copy, software, brand assets, and related intellectual property.

You may use your own account information, referrals, and result documents for your personal health records, but you must not copy or reproduce the Levitas platform for commercial use.

9. Liability

Levitas is responsible for providing the digital platform, ordering workflow, dashboard, and customer support with reasonable care and skill.

Third-party clinical and pathology partners are responsible for the clinical referral, pathology collection/testing, and reviewed result report components they provide.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levitas is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss, loss caused by inaccurate information you provide, or decisions made without appropriate clinical advice.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
